Brunswick Stew Shawns

1 Servings

2 Chicken Thighs /, Chopped
1 Sausage, Chopped
1 Liter LARGE onion (chopped)
6 Mushrooms, Chopped
1 Handful peas, Frozen
3 Stalks celery, Chopped
1 brocoli stems, Chopped
1 Green pepper (chopped)
1 Bunch of leftovers
1 Can tomato, Diced
Salt pepper, paprika, origno
Basil, tex mex, etc etc.
1 Tsp garlic, Minced
3 Tsp Flour
2 Tbl Olive oil
1 Cup Water
2 Cup Chicken stock
3 Small potato's

Cook the meat 1/2 way Then remove from pan and chop into small pieces
In the same frying pan fry up all veggies in olive oil with some salt
and pepper. When cooked add garlic and cook for 1 minute, sprinkle
the flour on top and mix in cook for 1 minute.

While frying in the big pot add 3 bay leaves, can of tomato, can of
kidney beans, basil, oregino, salt and pepper.

Add everything into the big pot, add in 2 cups of chicken stock, and
1 cup of water.

Bring to a boil, simmer for a few hours, serve.
